Brass fitting production line mainly consists of brass rod cutting machine, automatic heating furnace, hot forging press, trimming press (if necessary), shot blasting machine, rotary transfer machine or slant bed CNC lathe.
I. Product range
The brass fitting production line can be used to produce brass various brass fittings, such nut, tap, valve body, estinguisher body, water meter shell, gas valve, rotor, plumbing connector, etc.
It can also process parts, including but not limited to the products in the above picture.
II. Key equipment introduction
1. Automatic heating furnace
The unordered brass billets in bulk can be charged in one time to automatic feeder of heating furnace, brass billets will be fed into furnace chamber one by one automatically.
2. Automatic hot forging press with robot/without robot
We not only provide client qualified hot forging press, but also die rack and dies for specified brass parts. No matter our client has experience in hot forging or not, our client can start hot forging production for fire sprinklers as soon as they receive the press.
The dies can be dual core dies, half dies and flat dies according to different workpiece.
3. Rotary transfer machine
Rotary transfer machine is used to process workpiece with large quantities and few kinds.
Rotary transfer machine can finish all the processes, including drilling, taping, grooving, threading, facing and chamfering, to the workpiece in single one time with multi axes linkage.
The workpiece is held by synchronous clamp with once clamping, then rotated by hydraulic index plate, the drilling power head and facing power head installed on different place of rotary transfer machine, are used to process the workpiece simultaneously. Normally, one ordinary workpiece can be finished within 6-15 seconds.
4. Slant bed CNC lathe
Slant bed CNC lathe is an economy solution of different kind of brass fitting. It is appropriate for workpieces in small and medium batch. The changeable time for different customized hydraulic collet, indexable chuck, H8/H12 turret, live tool, drilling power head, milling power head, bar feeder can be all installed.
