The CKB6180/5000 CNC Lathe with swing over bed 800mm, the length of workpiece is 5000 mm, maximum loading weight 4000 kg. The Max. workpiece weight of other lathes is only 2000 kg, 1500 kg or even less.
CKB6180/5000 CNC lathe is equipped with Fanuc 0i-TF CNC system, 15 kW main motor, N55 milling power head and hydraulic brake for spindle, which is convenient for milling on workpiece.For some workpiece with key slot, both turning process and key slot milling process can be done on this CNC lathe with single workpiece clamping, processing efficiency is promoted. It is equipped with a set of standard steady rest and follow rest. Motorized tailstock brings convenience to the operator while processing some long workpieces.
Considering long distance between centers of this CNC lathe, in order to withstand the Z-axis ball screw bending caused by gravity, linear guideway is mounted on front side of lathe bed. Thus the precision of Z-axis is significantly improved than ordinary CNC lathe with Z-axis ball screw supporter.
