On July 30, 2022, we delivered 8 sets of high-speed and high-precision CNC lathes to our regular Pakistani customer. This is the second batch of CNC lathes ordered by this customer in our company. The quality of our lathes has been highly praised by Pakistani customer. After receiving those CNC lathes, totally 12 sets of CNC lathes made by our company are working for this Pakistani customer to be used to produce components for fans.
This batch of lathes is equipped with GSK980TB3i CNC system, high speed spindle unit, high accuracy Taiwan linear guide & ball screws, gang type toolpost, Omron safety door lock and full protection.
The features of those lathes are:
1. The maximum speed can reach 3000 rpm, with high processing efficiency;
2. The integral casting bed is adopted, the lathe bed rigidity is better than split bed, so that the lathe is more stable than ordinary lathe with split bed when processing the workpiece;
3. All the lathes are installed with safety door lock, after the operator opens the door, the lathe will stop processing, the safety of operator is ensured.
This kind of lathe is not only suitable to process all kinds of small and middle-sized shaft and plate workpiece, but also appropriate to turn various threads, circle arc, circular cone, inside and outside surface of revolved body. This kind of lathe is widely used in the field of sanitary, valve, electrical appliance, instrument, automobile, motorcycle, bearings and so on.
