On February 27, 2022, QK1222/1000 CNC oil country lathe was delivered to South Korea from our company. The pipe diameter range is φ50-220mm. QK12 series of CNC oil lathe mainly process various pipe threads and it is widely used in the OCTG product industry. CNC oil country lathe is also known as double chuck lathe, hollow spindle lathe, big bore lathe, large bore lathe and pipe threading lathe.
The lathe is equipped with FANUC 0i-TF system, double chucks, MT5 live center, and automatic Chip conveyor, making chip removal more convenient. We have carried out strict precision inspection on the lathe before delivery, and provided customers with a test video of processing shafts, discs, internal threads, external threads, etc. before delivery, which has won the appreciation of South Korean customer. The quality of our lathe has also been recognized by many customers in Europe, South America, and Middle East etc.
