On October 16, 2019, the CW61125B conventional lathe machine was delivered to Qatar from our factory.
The CW61125B conventional lathe machine with swing over bed 1250mm, the length of workpiece is 6000mm, maximum loading 6t. This conventional lathe machine is equipped with rotatory tailstock and double chucks according to special order, the front chuck is connected with spindle, and rear chuck is installed on the rotatory tailstock.
We checked the electrical system, hydraulic system, chuck, attachment and others according to the contract, packing list and technical agreement. The surface of the conventional lathe machine has been rustproofed, whole machine is fully sealed by vacuum package, it is waterproof, dampproof, and this package can protect parts from loss.
The capacity, precision and other parameters of CW61125B conventional lathe were checked again before packing and leaving our factory. We sent some pictures and videos to customer, he is very satisfied with this CW61125B conventional lathe.
